Do I need all six platforms?
No. Start with the one that solves your most immediate problem. Each platform is independently valuable. Most agencies begin with CredentialIQ or Growth Engine and add from there.
Who is this built for?
Home health agencies of all types — pediatric, adult, hospice, PDN, skilled nursing. Each platform notes where verticals differ. The core workflows (credentialing, referrals, grants, gov contracting) are vertical-agnostic.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
CarePortal is HIPAA-configured with Sentry error monitoring (maskAllText, no PII logging), Supabase RLS, and audit logs. CredentialIQ does not store PHI today — agency profile data only. All platforms are built to healthcare compliance standards.
What does "built by an operator" mean?
Rodney Williams owns and operates Holigenix Healthcare LLC — a real, active, GAPP-approved pediatric home health agency in Atlanta. Every platform was deployed internally before being opened to other agencies.
Do I need a SAM.gov number for the Government Contracting platform?
Not to get started. The Setup package includes SAM.gov registration and NAICS code strategy if you don't have one yet. We've been through it ourselves.
Can I use CredentialIQ if I'm not in Georgia?
Yes. CredentialIQ is multi-tenant and multi-state. The Discovery Agent generates state-specific playbooks for any US state.
Is CarePortal available to agencies outside Georgia?
CarePortal is currently in production for GAPP/PDN agencies in Georgia. SaaS licensing to additional agencies is in progress — join the waitlist.
What's the difference between DIY and Done For You?
DIY means you subscribe, access the platform, and execute the playbooks yourself. Done For You means a Holigenix team member handles the work end-to-end. Most platforms offer both.
